Since 2001, the Indiana State Association of Blood Banks has conducted a survey of blood transfusion practice. The results of the annual surveys are listed below.  These surveys have allowed for benchmarking of transfusion medicine practice in the state and region.

This survey is completed annually in July-September.  If you have a question that you would like to have added to the up-coming survey, please contact Jay Slayten at jslayten@indianablood.org.
